Looking for a flatmate

Hiya!

I'm Sam I'm a 28 year old professional currently living in Preston. I've just finished living in Manc after 5 years there and wanting a change :)!

I am an easy going guy, enjoy sports, gaming, tv, spend a fair bit of time playing badminton when I can during the week. Love food, going out to drink and all that jazz too. I'm very clean and tidy and like to live in relaxed environment, and looking for someone or somewhere similar. I would prefer to buddy up with someone and find an ideal flat but if the right thing comes along I won't say no :). I'm also LGBT, so someone accepting of that is essential.

I work in pharmaceuticals/clinical trials doing roughly 7 days on site a month, meaning I will be travelling/ not at home those days depending on where I am in the country. The rest of the time I work from home so for requirements I would like the room to have space for a desk, preferably an en-suite and parking in possible.

I am looking to move to Edinburgh from 1st November earliest so hopefully that works for you!
