2 brothers looking for 1 - 2 people to rent with

Hello there! My name's Yannis.

I and my brother Sylva are looking for 1 - 2 other people to rent a property with. We've been looking mainly Zone 2 south of the river, so Clapham, Battersea, Stockwell, Elephant & Castle, Bermondsey and Rotherhithe. We're open to other areas but as Sylva works in Elephant & Castle, we'd ideally like to be within a 30 minute cycle.

We're looking for friendly flatmates who we can hang out and have good chats with. It would be great to do things together from time to time, like watching movies, playing board games or going out to do something fun. Of course, we're very respectful of people's need for alone time and space, so no pressure to join us for everything!

Here's some information about us:

Yannis:
- Works as Software Engineer hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day at office in St. James)
- Enjoys meeting new people, playing video games and trying new food / experiences with friends
- Fun fact: Before becoming a Software Engineer, I was a music producer. I started teaching myself at 12, went on to study it at university and have released an EP.

Sylva:
- Works as Civil Engineer hybrid in Elephant & Castle
- Enjoys socialising, playing bass and going to concerts
- Fun fact: Sylva can leg press 400kg (if I remember correctly, this might be a complete lie so I'll need to fact check)
