Looking for flat share near Farringdon

I'm a 24 year old female software developer looking for a flat with an easy commute to Farringdon as I will be working from the office 4+ days per week. My budget is £1600p/m.

I like to keep a clean and tidy environment in the flat, and in previous shares made schedules/rotas to ensure that bins were taken out, shared bathroom cleaned etc. I also don't smoke, and would prefer to share with other non-smokers.

Having a balcony or access to outside is a big plus for me, as well as enough space for a desk and office chair in my room.

About me: I'm Irish but have been living in the UK for over a decade now! I enjoy all kinds of sports, gardening (I have a bonsai tree), and reading. I also built my own PC for programming in my free time as well as gaming.

In general I like to respect people's peace and personal space (especially after a long day's work), but am also always down for trying new restaurants/bars, watching a movie, or trying new hobbies!
