Looking for 1st time rent :)

18 years old! Looking for my first place to rent!
Currently unemployed however with a teaching agency and waiting on DBS check should be working by next month or so!
Looking for:
Studio room (kitchen and bathroom) or a shared flat with 2 other people living max! Ideally utilities included in the price!
Id like to live with someone who’s a little sociable! If were living together id love to get to know you and make a home out of the shared areas, i wouldn’t want to be in a situation where we wouldn’t use communal living space and only stick to our bedrooms!
About me:
Happy to either keep to myself of make a friend of who I’m living with! Very easy going once working will be out the house during the week day only home evenings and weekends!! Have a lovely group of friends (if your looking for new freinds🙈)they are all very respectful so if i ever had anyone over there wouldnt be any problems!! Im a big music girl so if you love music too no doubt my speakers and record player will be in the living room for us to share!! I dont smoke but i do vape but willing to go outside for that if preferred! Id prefer a Female to share with however i am open to men!
