I’m looking for a peaceful place

I’m looking for a comfortable place to live where everyone is friendly, respectful, and tidy. After a long day of work and training, I really value having a calm and relaxed home environment. I’m easygoing, considerate, and I take good care of shared spaces.
I have an 18-year-old son who visits me on Saturdays and stays overnight, leaving on Sunday evening. He is very respectful, and we usually spend most of Sunday out of the house. I’m hoping to find a place that feels like a home and where everyone is comfortable and respectful of one another.
