Rooms wanted Manchester

I am not personally looking for a room. I am a Homeless Prevention Navigator working for a charity in Manchester.

I am seeking rooms for single people, couples and families who do not have anywhere to live or are in unsuitable accommodation and need to move somewhere more appropriate.

Some of our service users are working but many are on benefits/seeking work. Our organisation can help with deposits and benefits claims to ensure funding is in place.

Please contact me if you are a landlord who accepts DSS/benefits and would like to connect with our service. We do not charge for connecting landlords with service users and will also not pay a fee to others to do so.

Please note, we do ask that landlords are able to provide proof of electric and gas certificates and deposit scheme information prior to any funding being released.
