Looking for a Room in Wimbledon (SW19)

Hello,

My name is Waqar Jan, and I am looking for a clean and comfortable room to rent in Wimbledon (SW19) or nearby areas.

I am originally from Pakistan and have been living in the UK for the past two years. I recently completed my Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and have now started a long-term job as a Security Officer with a construction company in the area.

I am a quiet, respectful, responsible, and non-smoking professional. I do not have any special accommodation requirements and am looking for a peaceful place to stay long-term.

My work schedule is Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM. On weekends, I usually stay with my cousin, so I may not be at the property during that time.

My budget is around £500 per month, including bills if possible. As I have recently started my new job, I would appreciate some flexibility regarding the deposit payment. However, I have stable long-term employment and intend to stay in the area for more than a year.
