LOCAL HOUSING ALLOWANCE - Whatever the costs of housing are, I will get it!!!

So - Looking for a Landlord who is happy to have a tennant on benefits! That's it!

1) I have bee receiving UC for years...Because I have a sick note, details I'm willing to discuss later... But essentially, for you, the LL it means... Garanteed rent!!!

I have no pressure from the UC to do the stereotypical "job-seeker's things..."

I get the UC, then double & now I've discovered that local housing allowance is also available to me.... I've had numerous key workers for years, and it's a real head scratcher that not 1, EVER!!! Informed me about it... if you dont know it means this =

Already get UC? Then you're are already entitled to LHA! E. G - Max budget for SE21 area, for 35 yr old single male is £1400 approx...

Other parts of the country are significantly less!!!!

Are you a LL willing to have a tennant on these HMRC funding benefits???

Not sure? Well... I also have a garantor!!! Yes... If you want extra peace of mind...Then I have family who will sign a contract saying that for whatever term you want, they will garantee the monthly rent & cost of your 1 bed flat, studio or double room in house share IF.... IF, I should for any reason not get the UC or LHA... but, nver happened and no reason to...

FYI - My plan is to be totally finanicalll self supportive after 2.5-3 years of hard work, focused planning and application of my plan, business projects, musical and creative developments and growth of the overall Ezay Meek project!

Honestly, I'm so excited to find somewhere to settle & begin.... I was making music before the 1st lockdown!!! Trumpeter, singer, rapper, poetry!!! All my bag, and what my world revolved around 24/7...UNTIL!!! The 1st lockdown!!!

I lost 55 (Thurs/Fri/Sat) 1 hour paid gigs, through the Summer, supporting an outodor event where the crowds where up to, but almost always sold out of 500 tickets!!! Alass.. Silver lining was, Iearnt not only to produce for myself, obviously something I still learn now, but also had the time to focus on al the other aspects of the music industry and just essentially, how to monetise the creative interestes and pursuits I have found to make me happy....

Now it's time to begin... Begin applying my long thought through plans and strategies... my revolutinary strategy I might add.... See, independent artist all the way... I guess we'll see... BUT... IF...What I see and feel is a strong chance to materialise in the real world.....then I hope to be someone who, just might, be that guy to do it....

The one they all called crazy and someone who didn't understand why it CAN'T BE DONE..... The one rememered for revolutionising the music industry to benefit the artists and their fanbase as the primary royalty payments.... I beleive, very much in what I want to see in the future, and what I want to see an end to!!!

Poor, talented artists forced to take a smidgen of a payout to fund their music...only it's a 5 album LOCKED deal which will only benefit the company in reality!!! It doesn't need to be that way, and I'm obsessed with finding out IF it indeed can b e done for me, then for everyone else too...

I need a home, a clean slate, a fresh start, away from distraction, to work on my music, my artistry... to grow, learn & share!!! So...

Please!!! If there is a Landlord or two, who wants to be a part of this!!! and is comfortable getting rent from the benefit system, only until my plan becomes fruitful of course... Well... That would literally, be a dream coming true.. Sorry for the soppy sentiment!
