Georgie works in a pub in Highbury and I manage a live music venue by Highbury and Islington. So free gigs and lock ins as housemate perks.
Caleb is super friendly and in his advancing years super lazy and happy to chill in the room rather than go on adventures around the house. So he is no problem.
We have rented and lived in shared housing for many years, we are sociable and considerate. Ideally we are looking for somewhere long term to call home!
