I am a female student aged 28. I am looking for a double room.

I really value my own personal space and me-time, but if we’re both free and up for it, I’d love to cook together, watch a movie, or just hang out and chat✊🏼

​I try to hit the gym 3 times a week. Is it my absolute favorite thing in the world? Not quite lol but I do my best to stay consistent. I'm the biggest fan of walking so if you are also interested in going for a walk/hiking, I would definitely love to go for a walk with you!

For me, cleanliness and keeping the communal areas tidy is the number one priority.

I’m totally cool with friends dropping by, as long as we give each other a quick heads-up beforehand. That being said, I’m looking for a flatmate, not a permanent third resident, so having someone stay over for a whole month might be a bit much (unless it's an absolute emergency, of course!).

I’m looking for a peaceful sanctuary to unwind after a long day, not a 24/7 party house. I prefer keeping the flat cozy and relaxing, friend gatherings would be fine occasionally.
