Studio Flat or En Suite Room ( DSS top up)

I am looking for a studio flat/ ensuite room for only myself to rent in Southeast London. I have a permanent job working part time Mondays to Fridays a cleaner in a school 4-7pm in Blackheath. I am a Spanish speaker and I am attending an English as a 2nd Language for 2.5 hrs on Tuesdays and Fridays. My girlfriend is English and will help me with the application proceds as I am still learning English. I have given her contact details this reason.

I am receiving Universal Credit which tops up my salary to allow me to pay my rent. I have been renting a room in Newcross with a family for 8 years but I now need to move out by the latest 14th March as they require my room as a family living room. My girlfriend will also help me with any advance payments if needed. I have checked with Universal Credit and my top up can be increased to allow to rent a property to the maximum Inner or Outer SE London Local Housing Allowance rates.

I am a mature person, reliable and I always pay my rent ontime. I can also provide references from my current landlord to this effect. I am also very neat and tidy.

I would ideally like to live with a mature person who is also clean and tidy.
