Professional Contractor looking for Mon-Thu let.

Hi there,

I am a professional contractor working at a site in the area. I am looking for a clean, quiet room for a Monday to Thursday let (3 nights a week).

About me:

• I work long hours (7am – 7pm), so I am really just looking for a place to sleep and shower.
• I leave Thursday evening to return to my family, so the room and house are entirely yours from Thursday night through Sunday.
• I am quiet, tidy, and respectful of your space. I'm rarely there in the evenings as I'll be at the gym or resting after a 12-hour shift.

What I'm looking for:

• A double room (en-suite preferred but not essential).
• Wi-Fi and parking (street parking is fine).
• Budget: Around £500-550pcm (bills included).

Since I am only there 3 nights a week and never at weekends, you get the benefit of a lodger's income with none of the weekend hassle!
