Double bedroom wanted <1800PCM in social household

Non-negotiable requirements:
- double bed (mattress optional, i've got one)
- enough space for a computer desk + chair (i've got both)
- healthy storage space
- separate living room OR decently sized dining area
- no fixed term contracts >8 months.

Locations:
- Whitechapel, Tower Bridge, Aldgate/Aldgate East, Wapping, Shadwell, Blackfriars, Barbican, Waterloo, Victoria, Paddington, St Katharine's Docks, City, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street
- Depending on the house and flatmates, I'm open to other places in the City.

About me: 28 years old, lived in London for the last 10 years, currently working at a trading firm in the City near Liverpool Street (I'm not a finance bro I promise). I will be in the office pretty much every day.

I'm very much an outgoing/social person - I have plans most evenings with friends / random classpass things / gym / sauna / pub. I'm looking for outgoing and social flatmates who will not hesitate to mix social circles and do things together (either at home or outside). I am more than happy for other flatmates to have people over.

In terms of household habits, I'm a tidy person and will clean up after myself, and I expect others to do the same - but equally I'm not particularly annoyed/angry if they dont, I trust that they will get around to it eventually (happy to help ofc). We can always look into hiring a cleaner.

Money things: <= 1800 bills included, <=1600 bills excluded

Move in date: My contract ends on March 4th, but I am happy to start the contract anytime 15 Feb onwards.

Duration: minimum 3 months, preferably rolling after.

I'm on holiday and wont be in London till Feb 8 - happy to chat to flatmates via video call beforehand. Also happy to sign/pay before then, but I will ask some friends to check out the place to make sure it's real.
