40yr old looking for Occasional Use of Annexe

Hello there

I run my own pet sitting business, so I am away on pet sits in the West Sussex area for a lot of the time. I am seeking a base of my own but as I won't be at the property full time, I am trying to find something that suits my needs. A self contained room with own bathroom, an annexe or shepherd's hut would be ideal.

I rented property privately in Southsea for 11yrs but I am now seeking a more peaceful area now after spending 2 years in the beautiful quiet village of South Harting. I have great references from the clients I sit for in terms of cleanliness and care for their properties.
