Looking for creative house/flat share in Peckham

I am currently studying Sound Engineering at the University of West London but will be leaving shortly and working up until I start at another institution in September. I am also an actively gigging musician, so am out most evenings during the week either attending gigs or playing. I am quite social but not the wild type, so pretty house trained and good in the kitchen. I wouldn't say I am a stereotypical student I don't smoke, or drink excessively. apart from that the only other thing to mention is that my girlfriend studies English in Brighton and comes up to stay for a night or two every now and then.
