Professional Male seeks a single or double room

Hi, I'm Jordan, im 37. Im clean and tidy. I work late shifts so generally get home between 1-3AM from work. I spend most of my time out of the house and at the gym. I will lilely be out of the house unless im doing my meal prepping for the next few days or asleep lol. I would much prefer a furnished room as i dont have any furniture at the moment. I dont really drink other than occasions such as bday xmas etc.
