Architect - calm / helpful / clean

I am an Architect looking for an easy going, clean, flat which can feel like home.

I am a friendly, tidy, and calm person who likes to be social but also likes my own space. I want to live with people I will enjoy spending spend time with. I bring great DIY skills to the table and a guest pass for a climbing gym.

My interests are in all arts but with a particular love of music (particularly Jazz, Funk, High-life, and Afro-beat). I am learning the sax but obviously will always be respectful of flatmates / neighbours. I go climbing 3 times a week and am always happy to take people with me.

I’m looking for a room that is unfurnished so I can make the space my own. I have a bike so somewhere to put my bike is preferable. I am looking for somewhere long term and would ideally not have to move again for a while.

I work in an office in West London but have to work from home on most Mondays as the office is too small for everyone! I will likely work from my room. Long commutes are not a problem for the right home.

I currently live with my ex so am looking to move out as soon as possible. My tenancy ends in march so before then is preferable but I have lots of good friends with couches if I need to wait for the right fit!
