Two mates looking for 2-bed or 2 rooms ASAP – Grea

Hi, we’re Jack (21) and Kaden(21) . We’re looking for either a 2-bed flat/house or two rooms in the same share in Manchester/Greater Manchester. Our budget is up to £900 a month between us (happy to clarify whether that’s with or without bills depending on the place). We want to move in ASAP.

We’re both tidy, respectful and easy to live with. We work a lot so we’re usually out in the day, and we’re quiet at night. We’ll keep the place clean and pay rent on time. We can do viewings straight away and pay the deposit/rent quickly if it’s the right place.

We’re open on area as long as it’s reasonably close to transport and safe enough. Parking nearby would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
