We are a young couple (both graduates), 1- postgraduate student and 1 job seeker, looking to move in asap. We will initially be paying rent via savings and my monthly bursary, whilst my partner finds other employment.
With that, we are working with a budget of around 1200. We could provide a 2-3 month downpayment and provide a guarantor each, if necessary.
We are looking for somewhere to live for 6 or more months, but we understand all tenancies will become rolling contracts in May.
