I'm a professional male in the charity sector that will be mostly WFH during the week, looking for a friendly and open minded flatmate. I've also lived in shared houses before and so am very tidy :).
Would like a sociable flat that is happy to have people over, but not too regularly, I need downtime and respect other people's too :). I have a friendgroup and GF already in London who I would love to invite over every now and then.
I'm a big arts and sports fan and like to keep myself busy during the evening, and would be happy to have a flatmate join me.
Around £1200/month (bills incl) budget but that is a little flexible
