27 y/o Female looking for a room w/ ensuite <3

My name is Jade, I’m 27 and a dental hygienist/therapist. I’m relocating to London from the midlands and looking for a female preferred flat-share. I’m really chilled and enjoy alone time as well as socialising. I’m looking to make friends here too so having common interests would help, but im so open to all walks of life!
I’m happy to buddy up with people on here or move into an existing flat share.
My work means I will be out of the house during my working hours as you can imagine I can’t work from home.
I like taking walks and treating myself to an overpriced coffee or salad from somewhere in the name of health and self care. I have taken up running recently and do this about 3 times a week. I also really enjoy Pilates and will be looking for a new studio to join when I move. I read a lot and will also be seeking out some book clubs.
My living space is super important to me (esp. bathroom and kitchen) so I’m looking for somewhere cosy and homely, yet modern and well finished. I’m also looking to live with people that value cleanliness too. I’m not dead set on any particular area but I’d like somewhere centrally located (zones 1/2), safe and secure, with cute cafes, wellness studios and nice scenery. I’d be looking to pay around £1500 pcm incl. bills
