Room wanted for quiet and considerate professional

Hello!

I’m on the lookout for a cosy, peaceful room with easy access to Finsbury Park Station. I work on the railway and will be starting an 18‑month secondment in the area, so a calm space to recharge—especially after day and night shifts—would be ideal. I’m usually based in Yorkshire, so I’ll occasionally be heading back up North for a few days at a time.

A bit about me: I’m friendly, laid back, and pretty easy to live with. Outside of work, I’m a keen amateur runner, a mountaineer whenever I can escape to the hills, and a very committed (but not at all flexible) yoga enthusiast. All of that keeps me reasonably healthy and out of trouble. I love exploring cultural spots and plan to make the most of what London has to offer.

I’m clean, tidy, and more than happy to muck in with general household upkeep—no chore too small!
