Looking to move in springtime

What I'm looking for:
* Double room in city centre or short walking distance to it due to work
* Move in March/April/May (exact date is negotiable, just have to give 1 month notice in current place)
* Full time let and communal areas fully shared
* No HMOs!! Looking to share a peaceful space with just one other.
* I don't mind if you have pets
* No smoking home

About me:
41 year old woman with no pets or kids, I don't smoke/vape. I'm in full time work - I work shifts so sometimes home during the day, other times you probably won't see me all week. I'm very work driven so I'm far more likely to be working overtime than be going out on the town. That makes me sound quite boring doesn't it? I promise I'm not. Anyway, I won't disrupt you with my early starts or late finishes, I even sneak about now so I don't wake up my current neighbours as we have paper thin walls! I'm clean and tidy. My reviews on Airbnb all comment on how quiet, clean, and respectful I am, so hopefully that helps :)

In terms of hobbies, cooking is a big passion and I'm crap at portion sizing for one person so there's always extra - if you like being fed then you're onto a winner! I do yoga and meditation, love going to gigs, I've lots of useless knowledge that I love to unleash in a pub quiz, I binge supernatural/horror stuff (with comedy and cooking shows thrown in for good measure), and love carting myself off to the coast whenever I have time off for a bit of beachcombing bringing back shells and shinies like a magpie disguised as a human.
