Friendly young professional - London room wanted

Hey - I’m looking to move to London for work around the 1st July and I’m looking for a room in a friendly and sociable house for 6 months, with the view to staying longer if everything goes well.

My preference is SW (Brixton/Clapham/Kennington specifically), but I can be flexible on location as long as it’s fairly easy to get to Victoria station in the mornings. My budget is around £1000 per month but can be flexible on that for the right place.

About me: I’m a 26 (M) year old Civil Servant who’s in the process of moving to London. I’m a big football fan but like all sports in general. I go to the gym/run and in my spare time I’m either cracking on with my accountancy studies, exploring new places, or enjoying a pint in the pub. I have friends in London but I’m really keen to meet new people so if you’re a sociable house (but not necessarily a party house) looking for a new housemate then please reach out.
