Double Room Required

Hey all!

I’m Ryan, 30, and I’m looking for a double room to rent from 01/05/2026.

I’ve lived in Manchester for just over 4 years, originally moving up from Cornwall in October 2021 and haven’t looked back. My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so it’s time for a fresh start for me too.

I’m a working professional, with an office based role in the city centre, working Monday - Friday each week (your standard 9 to 5).

In my free time I enjoy socialising, photography, beer gardens, the occasional workout, swimming, coffee shops, and binge watching a series (this ranges from anything like Charmed to Gangs of London - the possibilities are endless).

I’d love to find a place that is shared with someone who appreciates the need for personal time and privacy, but isn’t completely closed off to the idea of the occasional night in putting the world to rights with a glass of the good stuff (wine, obviously, or your choice of tipple).

FYI, I’m an out gay man, so wherever I end up needs to be accepting of this (it’s not my entire brand, nor contagious, so fear not).
