Looking for a creative flat/house share from March

Hey, I’m Chloe!! I’m soon to be 21 in March and I’m planning my move to London (anywhere really as long as transport is close!) shortly after my birthday then. I’m American, but I’ve lived in Lincolnshire ever since I was 6. I’m a musician who’s looking to buddy up with some like minded creative roommates- actors, musicians, artists, photographers… whatever!! We could all help eachother out- or just chat about what we love.

I love attending and playing gigs, going to open mics, busking in the street and going for late night drink/dances. I’m not the type of musician to make a ton of disrespectful noise, so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. I lean towards jazz/soft rock so it’s not too loud- but I’ll mainly be rehearsing with my band elsewhere anyways:). All I’d really be looking for is a bit of space within the room so I can set up some of my recording equipment and of course a washing machine I could access.

I’m not a smoker and I don’t have pets, but I don’t care at all what you do as long as your pet isn’t gnawing on my instruments;)

My budget is small but every struggling artist has gotta start somewhere!! Hope we can make something work x
