Hi,
I'm currently studying a masters at St George's and am looking for accommodation while I complete my research project from the end of March till the end of June. Therefore I'm looking for an existing house share that's happy to have me for that time.
While I am a student, I also have a full time job currently, and am saving specifically for this, so if there are any concerns about me affording the rent, I would be able to pay the full amount for the 3 months upfront.
I'm easy going and self sufficient in terms of cooking and cleaning, though happy to share the duties too. I'm friendly though introverted and into music and nerdy stuff, and would ideally like housemates with similar interests but this is definitely not a dealbreaker, just as long as everyone is easy to get along with and the house isn't a full on party house.
