Un/part furnished preferred Hackney Area

Hello, I am Zoë and I have a small, friendly, house trained dog called Colin. I am ideally looking for an unfurnished double room in and around Homerton, Hackney Wick, Clapton, Leyton, Leytonstone areas. open to venturing a little further East/North East, for a garden or a friendly creative community - we would like to live with some other artists/creatives or LGBTQ+.friendly peeps, but most importantly, just nice people! I am a community artist and an adult education teacher, i make social impact short films and podcasts. Colin is a registered support dog, but would much rather just be a regular pet :) He is small, super friendly and playful, loves dogs, has lived with a cat & kids and has very good house manners, he is also hypoallergenic, so no dog hair! I am mature, sociable, inclusive, creative, clean & tidy (but not uptight) I do quite a lot of audio/video editing, so would need to be able to set up a desk space somewhere, if it is a smaller room, and being a little older, I already have some furniture, but am open to negotiation.
