My friend and I are both university students looking to rent two rooms in the same property from June. We’re open to shared houses, HMOs, or just anything with two available rooms.

A bit about us:
-Responsible, tidy, and easy to live with
-Respectful of house rules
-What we’re hoping for:
-Two rooms in the same house
-June move‑in
-Bills included
-Furnished
-Preferably within walking distance to Uni
-Reasonable policy on overnight guests
