Looking for a housemate

I already have a house I want to move into. I am looking for a housemate willing to move to the flat with me.
The house is in LS14 (I know LS14 sounds really far away, but the city center is only a bus ride away!).The location is absolutely stunning, rolling fields of unbroken green as far as the eye can see, interrupted only by the white of grazing sheep. The house itself is beautiful, filled with big windows and cozy spaces (including a small fireplace!). The rent for a single room is 500 pounds (inclusive of all bills). Also, the landlord is awesome (seriously, he's the kindest most considerate landlord you will ever meet).
Now that I've talked about the house, here's a little bit about me. When I'm not out working, I like relaxing at home and catching up on sleep. Mostly catching up on sleep, if I'm being honest. I also like to crochet and listen to audiobooks. I'm an absolute foodie and often experiment (safely) with different dishes.
