Age 37, looking for a quiet cosy house.

37 year old woman, just moved back from living abroad for a decade and a bit. I work with kids and love it, but need somewhere to relax and have some peace and quiet - not looking for a party house. Ideal housemate would be my age or older, good sense of humour and easy going. In return I will provide my good sense of humour, coffee making skills, and pay rent on time. I don’t have pets but I love them, I am respectful and mature and expect the same from housemates :)
