Looking for roommate

I am looking to move out but seen it might be a better option financially to find a 2 bed flat and rent out the 2nd bedroom.

I potentially may be changing jobs which requires me to work in London 3 days a week which is why I want to live close to a train station.

I am looking to share with another young professional who is clean and tidy and sociable as I’d like to get on, not just live together!
