At the ripe old age of 38 I’ve already had lots of fun and late nights; although the fun still happens on occasion, my house party days are behind me and I find myself wanting hangover free weekends and a spotlessly clean kitchen.
I have a massive book collection an my paints and easels take up quite a bit of space so ideally I’d like to find somewhere with a little more space.
