Looking for a flat mate for Aug 26

Hi! I am looking for a flat mate to move into a 2 bed flat/property at the start of Aug or end of July 2026.

I am a full time professional working as a Dietitian. I work in the office 9-5 Monday - Friday and tend to be at the gym/socialising in the evenings and weekends. I would like to live with someone with the similar work pattern to me.

Lots of the people I met at uni have moved home so would love to live with someone that I can share hobbies with and enjoy each others company - cooking, watching tv/youtube, getting coffee, going on walks, going shopping, traveling/hikes, (last year I did a lot of watersports such a paddle boarding, white water rafting, natural plunges, which was all good fun so if you like that!!). If you are invested in The Girls Bathroom we are likely to get along!

I need to live with someone that is respectful and considerate of our space and each other. I am clean, tidy, communicate well and will make sure daily jobs (washing up/tidying up after myself) are done as soon as possible as I know it’s a shared space so appreciate living with someone on the same wave length.

I would love to stay with my current landlords (as I know they are great, I’ve been with them 2 years in different properties) who has lots of 2 bed flats in Leeds so know of a few properties already. - also happy to explore other options.

I would like to stick within budget of max total rent of £730 (including bills and council tax) but would like look at something cheaper to help save but would still like to live in a nice flat as I’ve really liked my past flats!!

I love living in headingley due to its connivence but would be open to meanwood, kirkstall, horsforth, far headingley/west park area.
