am looking for a double room or flat share in the Folkestone area, ideally somewhere clean, cosy, and genuinely homely. Not just a place to sleep, but a space that feels relaxed and comfortable to live in.

I would love to live with someone, or a small household, who is professional but also easy-going. The kind of people who are happy to sit down for a proper meal, have a good chat, maybe head out occasionally, but who also respect each other’s space.

I work from home as a therapist, so a calm and fairly quiet environment during the day is important. Outside of that, I am friendly, tidy, considerate, and enjoy a home that feels warm rather than overly formal.
