Room Wanted/Buddy Up 1St Mar Move In Day

Hi gang

I'm a 24 year old professional working in the live events industry, I studied at the uni of leeds and decided to stick about after my graduation, absolutely adore the city!

I've lived in and around Headingly and Hyde park, more or less the whole time I've been in Leeds, I'd be open to new areas of the city as I feel it would good to learn them properly but I'm also open to staying in the LS6 area.

I'm a sociable guy, I like to hang out, go to gigs, the pub etc etc but I also get out n about doing my own thing - I skate, I play basketball, I have a gaming PC and I love food more than most things in life so always down to collab on a little evening cooking!

For the majority of summer I work a number of festivals so I'm in and out the house quite a lot, week here and week there so there would be coming and going sometimes at the crack of dawn or late at night but I always try to be considerate!

I'm looking for a clean and manageable home, I'm available for the majority of February for viewings or just coming to meet and have chat!
