Hi! I’m Livio, an Italian working in finance (don’t worry, I'm not that boring). I’m really clean, I value living in a tidy and organised space and making it feel like a home. I'm open to joining an existing flat or teaming up to find a 2/3-bed flat together.

On weekdays, I’m out most of the day and usually like to hit the gym after work (and I’m also into swimming, squash, and anything else that gets you burning calories). I’m always up for a chat, a glass of wine, and the occasional shared laugh, but I also very much respect alone time. I love cooking, reading, or wandering around London on long walks pretending I’m in a movie.

I have a quite busy life and tend to socialise outside the flat, but am also down for the occasional group dinner at home if you are! If you’re looking for someone tidy, easy to live with, and up for making a place feel calm and sociable, let’s chat!
