2 Professionals looking for 1 roommate

My friend and I are looking for a third person to join us in finding a 3-bed flat in a decent development around Southwest London. We’re specifically eyeing up places like Battersea Reach, New Acres in Wandsworth, or the newer spots in Nine Elms. Basically, we're looking for somewhere modern with the 'nice-to-haves' that make life easier—concierge (for the endless deliveries), a proper residents' gym, and maybe a balcony that actually gets some sun.

A bit about us:

We’re both working professionals in our 30s - busy enough during the week with work and the gym. We’re looking for a proper home vibe—someone to grab a drink with at the weekend or head out for a Sunday roast, but also someone who appreciates their own space and keeps things tidy.

We aren't looking for a "party house," but we're also not boring. Just looking for a good balance.
