Easygoing Creative professional with cat.

Hi, I’m Ewan,( I now go by my middle name) 45, a freelance hair & makeup artist working across fashion, advertising and photography. I’m looking for a room in London and am available to move anytime up to the end of March.
I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with. I split my time between being out on jobs and working from home , and I’m mindful of shared space — I don’t take over communal areas or treat the flat like an office. I enjoy cooking good food , going out to galleries and the theatre.
I have a well-behaved, independent cat, so I’m ideally looking for a place with access to outdoor space (garden or similar). He’s clean, vaccinated, and used to coming and going.
I’m queer, open-minded, and comfortable living with different ages and backgrounds. I’m not looking for a party flat, more a calm, respectful home.
Budget: £950 pcm (up to £1000 for a larger room)
Areas: Walthamstow preferred, but open to other areas
Move-in: Flexible, by end of March
Viewings: Evenings, weekends, and some weekdays depending on schedule
