Looking for a studio/one bedroom flat

Hi! ☺️

I’m Emma, 36, and I’m looking to relocate from Bournemouth to a peaceful new area in the South East.

I’m looking for a long-term studio or one-bedroom flat where I can really settle and make it my home.

A few things are important to me:
• a private kitchen with a cooker and oven;
• a washing machine in the property, or at least the plumbing and space to install one;
• good public transport links;
• an unfurnished or partly furnished property would actually be ideal, as I’d like to bring my own furniture.

I’m currently interviewing for Early Years Educator positions, and while I’m relocating I’m receiving Universal Credit. Bournemouth Council has already approved support with my deposit and first month’s rent, so I have financial support in place during this transition.

A little about me…

I’m quiet, tidy and respectful, and I really value a peaceful home. I love cooking, baking homemade bread, music, photography, films, museums, reading and long walks.

Music has always been a huge part of my life. I sing and play piano, classical guitar, ukulele and mandolin.

I’m a non-smoker, don’t have pets, and I’m hoping to find somewhere that I can genuinely call home for the long term.
