Room in Wandsworth/Putney/Clapham

I’m looking for a room in a flat or house in Wandsworth, Putney, or Clapham. Ideally, I’d like somewhere close to a tube or train station with easy access into central London.

I’m a data engineer working full time and usually work from home a few days a week. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m hoping to live with people who feel the same and enjoy keeping the place comfortable and looked after.

I’m outgoing and sociable and enjoy meeting new people, but I’m also considerate and value everyone having their own space. I’m really into fitness and spend a lot of time at the gym, running, and doing CrossFit, so I’m often out and about. When I’m at home, I’m relaxed and easygoing, whether that’s cooking, reading, or catching up with friends.

You can expect me to be a friendly and reliable flatmate who pays rent on time, communicates well, and contributes positively to the household. I don’t have any pets and I’m ideally looking for a place where people get along well and enjoy a good balance between social and independent living.
