Looking for a flatmate or to buddy up

I’m Katie I’m looking for an en suite room ideally in Ancotes or around the marina but happy any where walkable to Manchester Victoria as I commute to work by train 2 days a week.

I’m new to Manchester so looking for a flatmate that would be up for being friends, hanging out a bit.

I often go hiking on weekends, will be joining the gym and like cycling & running. I’m down for the pub, and the occasional night out/rave. I also like cooking, reading, watching tv & films. I’m pretty relaxed with things but I do like to keep my space clean and tidy.

I’d say I’m outgoing, social and chatty but also like my own space and happy to do things solo.

I can move any time but hoping for some time in Feb or early March.

I also have a lot of my own furniture and things to decorate with if needed!
