I’m a single professional and an experienced English language tutor, looking for a comfortable, quiet room to rent in Christchurch, Southbourne, or Boscombe.
I’m planning to move towards the end of April, though I’m flexible for the right place and the right fit. I’m relocating to be closer to my girlfriend, so while this would be my main base, I’d also be spending a fair amount of time at her place.
I work from home between 8:00am and 5:45pm, so having a calm, respectful household and a suitable setup for remote work is important to me. Outside of work hours, I keep a fairly quiet routine and enjoy music, walking, and relaxing at home.
I’m tidy, considerate, non-smoking, and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, I’m looking for a home with a similar vibe — friendly, peaceful, and low drama.
