Hi, I’m Helen and I’m looking for a new home after a long-term relationship breakup.

I’m tidy and quiet, respectful for other people’s personal space but happy to socialise when everyone is comfortable. With degree in clinical psychology and experience in neuroscience research, we can have some pretty good chats in the kitchen! I’m Ukrainian so we can talk politics too.

PREFERENCES
Female professionals preferred.

I’m spending most of my time at home and it’s important to have a quiet and tidy surroundings. I prefer avoiding partying flatmates or neighbours, loud music or just generally noisy environments.

The room doesn’t have to be furnished fully - I am happy to buy my own bed, desk and a bookshelf but I will definitely need a wardrobe and extra storage. It would be ideal to have my own bathroom but not necessary.

UTILITIES
Necessary: washing machine, microwave, furnished kitchen with stove and oven, cleaning tools if no cleaning services included
Preferable: dishwasher, tumble dryer

LOCATION
I appreciate the convenience of the tube and usually avoid using buses. It would be ideal if the journey to the center of London by tube takes no longer than 45 min.

I’m actively looking for a job (yep, that’s a pretty rough patch in my life but I am persistent) in Project Management but I have enough savings to cover 6+ months of rent. I’m happy to pay several months upfront or provide a guarantor - whatever would work best for you.

I don’t smoke, barely drink, live a pretty healthy lifestyle.

I love animals, especially cats and dogs and would love to share the flat with a pet owner. I’m not planning to get a pet myself though so it doesn’t have to be allowed.

Asap but can wait up until the end of February if required.
