Looking to flat share

I’ll be moving out of my current place on 8th March and I’m looking to flat share. I can also be flexible around move-in dates if needed.
A bit about me: I’m a fitness instructor and recently started my own business helping people build confidence around health and fitness, so having a gym is a huge bonus for me. I don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol, and don’t have pets — but I’m absolutely fine if others do, I just don’t partake myself. I’m sociable and friendly, but also very respectful of people’s space — I’m clean, tidy, and not into parties or late nights. I love cooking and music, so if you’re into that, a gig buddy is always welcome.

I’d love a relaxed, social home where everyone’s comfortable, and I’m always mindful of boundaries. I’d be really happy to meet up, view the flat, and ask a couple of questions if that works for you — I’m very flexible and can fit around your schedule.
