1 bed or professional buddy up

I'm moving to Belfast in late Feb/early March 2026 to start a new job at one of the universities. Looking for a room in a house for min 6 months or someone to buddy up with and rent somewhere for a bit longer (preferably another woman for this).

I'm not sure on areas as I don't know Belfast well but I would like to be within 30 minutes walk to Catherdal Quarter if possible!

I'm 34 and looking for a chill, clean place to live. I'm not a partier but somewhere a bit social and friendly would be nice!

I will be working hybrid about 50% of the time. I am originally from Suffolk in England but have lived all over (Liverpool, Birmingham, Bristol) so will likely be away visiting friends there at weekends at least once a month. Most of my family are in Donegal so I will be visiting there regularly as well. I'm excited to explore what Belfast has to offer too!
