Hi, I’m Ben, a 23-year-old professional starting a new role as an Ecologist in Wetherby in April, so I’m looking for a room with a move-in date around then.
I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. I’m tidy, reliable, and used to living in shared houses. I work standard weekday hours and keep things fairly relaxed during the week, and at weekends I enjoy getting outdoors, but I also value a calm, comfortable home.
I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m looking for a professional houseshare rather than a student household. I have a car, so parking would be a big plus. I’m happy with a minimum 6-month stay and am ideally looking for a room with bills included.
