Clean, considerate and organised!

Hi! I’m 22 from Brisbane, Australia.
I’ve been in London for around 3 months now and am looking for a new place! I’d love to share a space with likeminded individuals who are interested in social nights in or out, park walks, and other outings. I do enjoy being social, but I am quite busy so I do also need some time alone. I enjoy running, Pilates, walks, occasional gym and reading, and have also recently gotten back into netball and dancing.
My idea place would be somewhere with good transport links. I’m mainly looking in North, Central or East London; however, I will definitely consider other areas if the flat is a good fit. Being close by a park would be ideal, but this is definitely not a deal-breaker.
I am a non-smoker and as a tenant I am very clean, organised and respectful. I enjoy a fresh and clean environment and take pride in the manner in which I live. I have four years rental history back in Australia, including living with others. I have also lived in two sublets in London and am happy to reach out to them for a reference.
