Looking for a buddy for a 2bed

Hey!

I’m looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, with good transport links.

Preferably east London, Essex or parts of north London but I’m open to other areas.

Ideally unfurnished. I’m an IT Project Manager, I wfh 3 days a week and I go into the office twice a week. I enjoy going to the gym, painting, going for long walks and travelling.

I’d prefer to share with females only, no live in landlords please.

I’m looking to move in March but would be happy to wait a little longer for the perfect place

I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces so I’d like to live with someone who is friendly, clean and respectful. I’ve done my fair share of partying so I’m not looking for a noisy house but I’m definitely down to hang out, binge watch Netflix or go to brunch.
