Creative Professional + Lap Cat - New Houseshare?

Hello!

I'm Louise, and me and my 12 year old cat Noomie are wanting to set up a new houseshare somewhere in Brighton!

ABOUT ME & NOOMIE

I'm sociable and love being around people, but also need time by myself to balance things out! For work I run a business with my sister making things from recycled plastic from our workshop in Hove. My work can be really full on, so on the weekends I try to take it pretty easy and do wholesome things! I might go on a little forage, cook tasty food, ferment things, read, go down a youtube rabbithole, and I love a spontaneous lil adventure too!

Noomie is my beautiful fluffy baby, who I've had since she was a kitten. She's not particularly energetic and loves nothing more than sleeping on you!

DREAM HOME

• Kind, open minded housemates

• Clean, tidy & respectful - but not perfectionist

• Decent garden - would love to try to grow some food if anyone else would be keen!

• Open plan kitchen / dining room - I love cooking and eating, especially with people!

• Separate living room - a separate space to hang out that isn’t your bedroom or the kitchen would be amazing

• A sociable but calm house, not a party house.

I've loved other community style houseshares, especially 5 and 6 person ones, so this is what I'm hoping for now as well. Also then you tend to get better value for money with the house.

TIMEFRAME

I can be fairly flexible, but the latest I'm looking to move by is the end of March. For the right place and people I could extend this though.
